Agent activation typically takes 24–48 hours after KYC submission. The sandbox environment is available immediately upon signup.
Which biometric devices does Eko support?+
Eko supports 5 STQC-certified biometric devices including Mantra MFS100, Morpho MSO1300, and Startek FM220U, among others.
